Delivery Options

Standard Delivery
  • Cost: Tsh 10,000 or FREE for orders over Tsh 1,000,000.
  • Timeframe: 3-5 business days.
  • Availability: Nationwide.
Express Delivery
  • Cost: Tsh 25,000.
  • Timeframe: 1-2 business days.
  • Availability: Selected areas only. Check your postcode during checkout.
Next-Day Delivery
  • Cost: Tsh 15,000.
  • Timeframe: Next business day.
  • Availability: Orders must be placed before 2 PM. Selected areas only.
Same-Day Delivery (Dar es Salaam)
  • Cost: Tsh 5,000.
  • Timeframe: Same day if ordered before 4 PM. Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Availability: Dar es Salaam only.
International Delivery
  • Cost: Varies by location (calculated at checkout).
  • Timeframe: 7-14 business days.
  • Availability: Worldwide shipping. Customs fees may apply.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timeframes depend on the selected delivery option and your location. Please note that during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.


Special Note for Dar es Salaam Deliveries

  • Orders placed before 4 PM: Delivered on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM: Delivered the next day.

Outside Dar es Salaam Deliveries

  • All orders: Shipped the next day.

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Address

If you realize that the delivery address provided is incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to amend the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Q: Can I change my delivery option after placing an order?
A: Once an order is placed, we cannot change the delivery option. However, you may cancel the order within 1 hour of purchase and place a new order with the desired delivery option.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes, we offer free standard delivery for orders over $50.

Q: Can I specify a delivery date?
A: Currently, we do not offer the option to specify a delivery date. However, you can choose express or next-day delivery for faster service.

Q: What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?
A: If you are not home, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection from a local depot.
